Oak Grove’s graduation requirements in the core subjects of English, social studies, mathematics, science, and Spanish exceed those of most schools as well as the admission requirements for University of California campuses and other selective colleges across the country.

• English – 4 years required
• Social Studies – 4 year required
• Math – 3 years required, 4 years recommended
• Science – 3 years required, 4 years recommended
• Spanish – 3 years required, 4 years recommended (waived for ESL students)
• Visual & Performing Arts – 4 years required (at least 1 must be UC approved)
• Electives – to total 26 units
• Fit for Life – required each year while student is attending Oak Grove
• Community Service – required each year while attending Oak Grove
• Outdoor Education/Camping Trips – required each year while attending Oak Grove
